(1) Domestic (United States) Orders
All domestic orders (United States orders) are prepared, packaged, inspected, insured, and shipped out from our Fullerton, CA, USA warehouse. We use domestic transportation services provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEx to make deliveries across the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska, and outside territories.
(2) International (outside of the United States) Orders
Unfortunately, we ship to Continental U.S. only for now.
(3) Tracking Information
Once your package passes the customs inspection process, your package will then be transferred to your country's local post office to perform the final delivery.
Full tracking information is available and we will send you an e-mail with a tracking URL for visibility of your package from the carrier.

We are currently averaging 4 business days from the time you place your order to delivery at your shipping address in the United States. Our general US shipping timeline is 2-7 business days. The closer you are to our Seattle warehouse, the sooner you will receive your things.
Within the shipping, the timeline accounts for our preparation and packaging times.

We are currently averaging 14 business days from the time you place your order to delivery at your shipping address worldwide.
Our general international shipping timeline is 7-21 business days.

(1) Domestic (United States) Orders
It may simply be misplaced by the delivery driver or mis-scanned by the driver and arriving later than originally stated. Please let us know right away so that we can begin to prepare a free reshipment for you immediately.
(2) While you are waiting, please:
As soon as we ship your reshipment we'll send you another tracking URL!
Your original package may actually come in one day due to carrier errors and if that is the case please do let us know and we can provide you a free return label to ship it back to us.
(3) International (outside of the United States) Orders
Your package is most likely at your local office. Please make sure to call your local post office and provide the tracking number to begin an investigation first.
Then contact us and we'll immediately start a formal inquiry with USPS to locate your package.
This process generally takes up to 30 days and usually during this process your local post office will perform the delivery. If this is the case, please do let us know so that we can close the formal inquiry.
If after 30 days and the investigations are still not complete, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method. We will however still continue with the investigations to try to ultimately get the things you ordered delivered to you.
Don't worry! Please reach out to us right away with a photo of the damaged item(s). We'll begin to process a free reshipment for those things for you!

We accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of the shipment's arrival.

If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at hello@skoopmarket.com to let us know what you want to return. If you can let us know why you want to return the items that would be awesome so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return. We will then respond to you with our return address. If you can also include your Order Number in your return shipment that would be awesome too!
Please note that at this time we cannot provide a return label. Please also try to use USPS First Class when returning as that is by far the lowest-cost shipping service available. It costs around $4-$9 for anything under 13oz. Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your return. Our team will then review your return package and we generally process the product refund within 1-3 business days. Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost of your order. We’ll send you another email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If we receive a return after 30 days of the shipment date we can only process a store credit refund back to your account. We also cannot accept returns after 45 days as our system will automatically refuse the package and USPS will return the package back to the original sender.
