1. EXCHANGE

    What is your exchange policy?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@skoopmarket.com.

    How do I begin the exchange process?

    If you want to process an exchange please email us at  hello@skoopmarket.com with the following information:

    • Your Order Number
    • Product(s) you are shipping back to us
    • Product(s) (with the style/color information, if applicable) you want to exchange for.

    We will then respond to you with an exchange confirmation notifying you that we have reserved the item for you and, if applicable, we will also ask for an additional payment if there is a price difference between the products being exchanged for. However, if a refund is due we will let you know the refund amount too!

    Also, our exchange shipment to you will be completely free of the shipping cost for US orders. When sending products back to us please use USPS First Class service as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs $2-5 for anything under 13oz to ship back to us.

    Once we receive your return package we will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your return package. As soon as our team reviews the package we will ship out your exchange shipment and send you an email.

     

    2. REPLACEMENT

    Did you receive something defective? We'll get that replaced for you right away!

    •  We replace all items that are damaged or defective on arrival within 30 days of arrival!
    •  Processing times of replacements occur within the same business day.
    •  Contact  hello@skoopmarket.com to start your exchange process.

    What is your replacement policy?

    We replace all items that are damaged or defective on arrival within 30 days of arrival!

    Product defects are very rare but it does happen! We are very good at taking out defective items from our inventory but a few do slip through and gets sent out. We do everything we can to replace the defective item for you and there are absolutely no costs involved.

    On arrival of our shipments please make sure that all items we sent are in proper and usable condition.

    How do I begin the replacement process?

    If there are any product defects please send in a replacement request to  hello@skoopmarket.com  immediately. If applicable, please also include photos of the defect so that we can evaluate the defect. Once we have evaluated the defect we will set up a new shipment for you to replace the item completely free of cost.

    If we need the defective item returned back to us we will also send you a prepaid return label within the new shipment where you can easily ship it back to us at our expense.

     

    3. PAYMENT

    Did you receive something defective? We'll get that replaced for you right away!

    •  All of our pricing is presented in USD (US Dollar) currency.
    •  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
    •  Sales Taxes are collected for Washington state customers.

    What are the acceptable payment methods?

    We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB credit/debit card payments. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay too! We do not accept checks, cash orders, or any other type of payment.

    What currencies are accepted?

    We currently only accept USD (US Dollars).

    If you use a payment method outside of the US, please be aware that there will be a currency conversion from your local currency exchanged to USD when checking out.

    Are there any taxes?

    WA State: we are legally required to collect Sales Taxes for Orange County, California orders. This tax is calculated on checkout. International customers only: we do not collect or calculate VAT and other applicable customs duties & fees for your international order. These taxes are potentially imposed when entering your country's customs clearance process. We will supply the proper paperwork to customs so they can accurately levy the appropriate VAT and other customs duties, if applicable. Every country is different so please be sure to check up on your local jurisdiction on import laws, processes, and handling procedures!

    How does the checkout work?

    The checkout process will ask you to provide your shipping address, your billing information, and your credit/debit card details. You also have the option to use PayPal Checkout. Once you click on the Place Order button, we will securely transfer your payment details to our payment processor. 

    How is financial data handled?

    We do not store any of your card information in our database. All credit card information is directly submitted to our payment processor at the time you place your order.

    We follow all guidelines by the PCI Security Standards Council and we are fully PCI compliant in handling sensitive information.
